1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Note: Products that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Used or worn safety wear and gloves
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Discounted or clearance items
- Items damaged due to improper use or handling
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team at info@bichupvt.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Ship the product back to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item sent.
4. Inspection and Approval
After we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it.
- If the return meets our conditions, we will process a replacement or refund.
- If the item fails inspection (e.g., used, damaged, or missing parts), the return will be rejected, and the product will be sent back to you at your expense.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- In case of partial returns, only the value of the returned items will be refunded.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at info@bichupvt.com within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
9. Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
10. Company Rights
BICHU Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to:
- Refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
- Modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
- Make the final decision in all return and refund matters.
